We Like It Saucy

It has finally happened! After nearly four years of slinging wings in a converted stock trailer, AJ's Wings has a new home in downtown Portales, NM. 

Aaron Crandall, the owner and operator of AJ's Wings, began making buffalo wings at home. His wings were requested at family events and holiday celebrations. AJ's Wings began in a stock trailer converted into a food truck. Armed with his best recipes and a lot of sauce, Aaron launched AJ's Wings in 2013. 

The communities of Portales and Clovis quickly fell in love with Aaron's sauces. Aaron was able to upgrade his food truck in three phases to accommodate the demand, until the converted trailer was no longer enough.

AJ's Wings has now found a home in downtown Portales, NM. AJ's Wings has been featured by publications such as Best Things New Mexico and recognized locally through a loyal customer base.

Welcome to AJ's Wings, where we like it saucy, and we're pretty sure you will too!

Called in an order for delivery tonight, the lady on the phone was so sweet, it was here in no time at all!!! And again so fresh and amazing!! Fantastic job again guys, keep it up!
